The Good Widow by Liz Fenton and Lisa Steinke should be titled, The Stupid Widow! Who in their right mind goes off to Hawaii  with the fiance of your now deceased husband’s lover?? What-the-what?? While I kept wanting to like Jacks I just couldn’t. I found her to be weak and whiny. Despite this I continued reading hoping it would pick up and get more exciting. Sadly, nope. It wasn’t until the last 20 pages that the book became suspenseful.Unfortunately, by the end of the book I was hoping it was Jacks that had gone over the cliff.
